New Unit integrates with the Old
We are starting our unit on Momentum because it adds another tool to our toolbox for solving motion problems. We are not leaving behind Conservation of Energy but will integrate them into our problem solving regimen.

•From our Arrow/Block Ballistics Demonstration: Use video analysi on Logger Pro to determine the Initial Velocity of the Arrow before it hit the block.
•Conservation of Energy and Conservation of Momentum must be used together.
